Perfecting Panic!   By understanding the Panic Cycle, and how we ‘create’ panic and other negative emotions, we can then use this understanding to ‘create’ the emotions that we want to experience instead! .  How about ‘choosing‘ to feel calm, confident, focused and in control in any ‘assessment’ situation, be that a Part 3 or Standards Check if you’re an instructor, a driving test if you’re a learner driver, or any other form of assessment, interview, presentation etc. Wouldn’t this be preferable to experiencing panic, fear, intimidation, dread, overwhelm and a range of other negative emotions?

Would you like to control your emotions rather than them controlling you?

During this session, I will explain the panic cycle, and where you need to exit it, so you don’t become a hostage to your emotions. Beating your B.E.S.T.   Apart from ability, four things affect performance in any situation: Behaviours, Emotions, Sensations and Thoughts, your B.E.S.T.  If any of these are negative, then you will not be able to perform to the best of your ability. You will learn more about these during this session, where they fit into the panic cycle, and how by Identifying and Analysing them, you can then use strategies to Rectify them.
