 We were excited to feature Lucinda Dore as the guest speaker  on the 5th May 2024 talking about : ‘MOBILE PHONE OFFENCES in the driving industry –‘DON’T TOUCH – It could be the last time you teach!’With even an illumination of your mobile phone screen to check the time whilst instructing amounting to a criminal offence, Lucinda Dore highly renowned Road Traffic Solicitor illuminates for the IMTD members and guests the current mistakes being made by trainers and the implications this is having on their driving careers’.

On July 7th, 2024, the Institute of Master Tutors of Driving (IMTD) hosted an enlightening presentation and interactive workshop led by Susie Sprigg, an expert on the DISC personality assessment model. Susie provided attendees with valuable insights into how understanding the DISC framework—encompassing the Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious personality types—can enhance one’s ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.
The session was highly engaging, with attendees actively participating in exercises to deepen their knowledge of the DISC system and its application in professional and personal contexts.
